Sanka Oy - a market leader in shower room furniture

Sanka is a Finnish manufacturing company established in 1950. Throughout our history,
we have manufactured many types of plastic products, such as parts for light fittings, interior
decoration items and plastic skylights.

Sanka has been involved in creating many classics of Finnish design. These include the
original Lokki and Modern Art light fixtures along with the plastic parts of stackable chairs.
Our company gets its name from the Finnish word sanka, which refers to our first product,
plastic arms for eyeglasses.

The roots of our current collection date back to 1970, when we started manufacturing furniture
for shower rooms. Since then, we have focused on producing high-quality shower furniture and
marketing it under our own Sanka brand. Sanka's products bear the Finnish Key Flag symbol,
showing their Finnish origin.

As a manufacturer of shower furniture, we have become a firm market leader in Finland.
Factors contributing to our success include an extensive, high quality product range, reliable
deliveries, and extensive and effective distribution network and a high level of customer
satisfaction.

We are also known for our project management skills. A noteworthy example is the fact that we
are the provider of shower cubicles for luxury cruisers built in Finland.

Our production and office facilities are located in Loviisa. We are a part of the Scandinavian
Vanna Group. We also market products from our affiliated companies on the Finnish market.

Sanka's Karibia products are manufactured at the company's Loviisa factory.
